Why It Matters

New Build, Addition, Or First Roof On A Fresh Home.

Installation differs from replacement in one important way: there's no old roof to tear off.

We coordinate directly with your builder, set install timing around framing and dry-in, and hand off a roof that passes code inspection the first time. So your CO doesn't get held up on a flashing detail. Every install carries a manufacturer warranty, not just our workmanship guarantee. Call (443) 826-3739 to scope your project.

Options That Fit Your Home And Your Budget.

  • Architectural asphalt shingles

The residential standard. Dimensional look, 30-50 year manufacturer warranties available, wide color range.

  • Impact-rated (Class 4) shingles

Upgrade for hail-prone areas (most of MD, inland FL). Some insurance carriers offer impact-resistant roof discounts on select policies. Ask your agent whether Class 4 would qualify your policy.

  • Standing seam metal

50+ year lifespan, hurricane-rated, reflects summer heat. Higher upfront cost, lower lifetime cost.

  • Tile and flat-roof options

Available for FL homes with HOA-required tile aesthetics or modern flat additions. Call for specifics.

Questions + Answers

New Installation Questions.

Every question homeowners ask before letting a contractor near their roof or their insurance policy. Don't see yours? Call us. We'll give you a straight answer in two minutes.

Still Have Questions?

Talk to a project manager, not a call-center. We follow up quickly.

Do you work directly with my builder?

Yes. We coordinate install timing with your framing and dry-in schedule, meet building inspectors, and hand over the paperwork your builder needs for the final CO.

How much does a new roof install cost?

It depends on square footage, pitch, material choice, and job complexity. Typical residential installs run from $8,000 to $25,000+. We provide a written quote after a free on-site measure. No pressure, no high-sales tactics.

What warranty comes with a new install?

The shingle manufacturer warranty (typically 30 to 50 years depending on product) plus our workmanship warranty. Both are in writing and transferable if you sell the home.

Do I need to be home during install?

No. Most clients aren't. We secure the site, run the crew, and leave the driveway magnet-swept when done.

Can you start before my builder is done with framing?

No. We need the frame, sheathing, and dry-in complete first, or we risk installing on a structure that's still moving. We schedule around your builder's critical path and come in right after dry-in. Typical gap from your call to install start is 2-4 weeks depending on material lead time.

What if inspection fails after my install?

Hasn't happened on a Supreme install, and if it ever did we'd fix it on our dime. We build to code the first time specifically because nobody wants a CO delayed over a roofing detail. Our workmanship warranty covers anything the inspector flags.

Why Waiting Costs More

The Longer You Wait, the More This Costs You.

  • 12-Month Filing Window

Insurance carriers typically give you 12 months to file a storm claim. After that, your damage is reclassified as 'wear and tear' and they pay zero.

  • Damage Compounds

Unrepaired hail damage compounds. A small claim today can turn into a full replacement next year once rot and decking damage set in. Insurance will not cover the follow-on damage, so the cost lands entirely on you.

  • Non-Renewal Risk

Insurers can non-renew your policy if your roof age and condition flags during their next inspection cycle. We've seen it happen across MD and FL.

Our Process

How It Works, Start to Finish.

The same 4-step process across every job. We document the damage, you file with your carrier, we install once the scope is approved.

  1. Step 01

    Inspection

We send our team out to inspect your roof, siding, and gutters for storm related damages. Free inspection. No obligation. Documentation an adjuster will accept.

  2. Step 02

    File a Claim

Immediately following a successful inspection, our project manager will assist you in calling the claim into your insurance company.

  3. Step 03

    Meet With Adjuster

Your carrier sends an adjuster to verify the damage. Our project manager is on-site as the contractor of record to answer roofing-technical questions about the damage we already documented.

  4. Step 04

    Complete Installation

Once the adjuster writes up the work order, we'll get right to it installing your new roof, siding, and gutters!
