Roofing + Storm Damage Restoration In Chantilly, VA

Chantilly 20151 and 20152 sit on the Fairfax-Loudoun line. Westfields, Poplar Tree, Rocky Run, Armfield Farm, and Franklin Glen drive most of our Chantilly work. Mid-1990s through 2010s architectural shingle, a heavy concentration of two-story colonials, and a dense tree canopy that makes wind events hit harder than most homeowners expect.

I worked with Todd and Chris to help get a claim filed for a nasty isolated hail storm that caused hail and wind damage to my aging roof and some of my vinyl siding. Supreme was here when the adjuster came out to point out the damage and they secured our new roof.

Supreme Restorations did a great job from start to finish! Todd Snyder was present in every step. Our home was damaged during storms in our area and he was there for every evaluation the insurance company came to our home. Todd walked us through all the steps it took to get a new roof.

Highly recommend this company. Steve J, the project manager, is awesome: prompt in answering inquiries, kept us informed, and oversaw a complete roof replacement to the very end. Thanks Steve and Supreme Restoration for a great job!

Questions from Chantilly homeowners.

Tree limbs keep hitting my roof after storms. Is that a claim?

Usually yes. If a tree or limb impacts your roof during a named storm event, that is a covered peril on almost every homeowners policy, including the tree removal. We document the impact damage, file the claim, and coordinate with the tree service if the limb is still up there.

We are close to Dulles. Does flight-path vibration affect roofs?

Not structurally, no. Dulles approach paths do pass directly over parts of Chantilly, but modern asphalt shingles and fastening systems are not affected by aircraft vibration at standard altitudes. What does affect roofs is the occasional severe weather the Dulles corridor gets.
